If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, jitter java coffee will gladly exchange it or replace it within the first 30 days from the ship date, so please notify jitter java coffee right away! We are unable to accept returns after 30 days from the ship date.
For the return of items that are either broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, jitter java coffee will re-ship at no charge to customers.
To start you return or exchange please follow these steps:
