If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, jitter java coffee will gladly exchange it or replace it within the first 30 days from the ship date, so please notify jitter java coffee right away! We are unable to accept returns after 30 days from the ship date.

For the return of items that are either broken, defective, incorrect, or missing, jitter java coffee will re-ship at no charge to customers.

To start you return or exchange please follow these steps:
Email jjc.co.llc@gmail.com and let us know what you will be returning, why and what you would like in exchange if you want a different product.

Ship the product back to us via UPS, USPS or any method with tracking to the address below:

Please include the original Order # and your contact information, email and/or phone #, on or in the package.

If the product was defective we will reimburse you for shipping or create a label for you, please contact us if this is the case.
